Delivery Services

Yu Sum Trading Limited understands that you would like to receive your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been confirmed, we will arrange delivery to Hong Kong addresses within 2–5 working days where possible. For delivery outside Hong Kong, please contact us directly for delivery details. 
 
To help ensure your items arrive safely, we deliver to most areas in Hong Kong by SF Express. Delivery is normally made during office hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please provide a complete delivery address when placing your order so that we can confirm the delivery arrangement. Free delivery is available for purchases of HK$500 or above within Hong Kong. For purchases below HK$500, customers may choose SF Express delivery with freight collect or collect the order in person from our Wan Chai office. Orders outside Hong Kong will be shipped by Hong Kong Post. 
 
Remarks: If the collection or delivery address is in a non-commercial or remote area in Hong Kong, the courier company may charge an additional fee. Please check with customer service before placing your order. Any applicable fees are subject to the courier company’s policies and terms. Delivery to these areas may require one additional working day. Areas which are NOT covered: outlying islands,  Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, and Lamma Island. 
 
Orders sent by SF Express include a tracking number, so you can check the latest delivery status at any time. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or other reasons, we will notify the customer by phone and arrange re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
